Parmesan Chicken Tenders with onions and peppers

2 chicken breasts, cut in strips, or the equivalent in chicken tenders
1/2 Tbsp flour
1/2 pkg dry Italian seasoning mix
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp or so olive oil
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 medium onion
1 bell pepper (red, yellow, or orange)

Combine flour, Italian seasoning mix, and pepper. Dredge chicken pieces in seasoned flour and fry in hot oil, using wok or skillet.

Cut up onion and bell pepper and add to nicely browning chicken. Continue frying until chicken is done all the way through and onions and peppers are soft.

Remove from heat, sprinkle parmesan cheese over everything. Sprinkle on some of the remaining Italian seasoning mix also, if desired.

This recipe makes about 4 servings. It can be multiplied as needed.
