It's not just Washington, I'm sorry to say

In an utterly astounding ruling, the Indiana Supreme Court has ruled that you have no right to resist an unlawful entry by the police of your home for any reason whatsoever. All you have the right to do is complain about it afterward. So much for the Fourth Amendment.

The Honorable Idiots who voted for this are Chief Justice Randall Shepard and Justices Steven David and Frank Sullivan. I invite you to vote NO whenever they come up for re-election. Dissenting in the case were Justices Robert Rucker and Brent Dickson, who deserve our thanks. Please write your State Senators and Representatives about this hideous decision.
