My old friend is both

D. says that according to the vet, Sassy has begun to develop congestive heart failure. She doesn't really show any symptoms yet, but this is one more part of her aging. She's ten years old now, and well into middle age. Ah, but she's still my Pink Puppy Princess™. I tell her she's "the onliest doggy I've ever loved" and "the bestest doggy ever there was." Well, she will be taken care of the best we can for as long as we have her. A few more years, I hope; it's not time yet for her to join Fuji and Cuthbert in the Hallows at Wilderstead.
