She is probably even younger than we thought -- not completely weaned yet. collinsmom is taking her to the vet this morning.
She has used the litter pan already, and is demanding attention. So it looks like she'll make it.
Now, I've got to get the downstairs cleaned up. Lord only knows what a kitty cat exploring through all my papers and junk would do to the place. Oy.
EDIT: Vet report. Well, we goofed. It's a boy-cat, so a name change is in order. To be determined: will work on it. Dr. K. said he's about five weeks old, maybe a little older if you factor in how starved he was. That would make his birthday around the Fourth of July or a bit later.
We got medicine and more food supplement. He's active and feisty now, and not so passive in letting himself be handled. Showing curiosity about his environment, jumping up on the loveseat, etc. Gonna be a lively one.
