Tomorrow has been set down as Haggis Day at the Collins household. I've got my sheep parts (and other stuff) thawing in the fridge. I am determined to penetrate the mystery. I am also determined to master this dish and prepare it for 400 Scouts and Scouters at the Winter Rendezvous, just three days before Burns Night.
