Happy Anniversary!

Nine years ago today, our daughter Anna (stryck) was married to Brian (anher) Waite. It was a hot August day, and the wedding was outdoors. I made the cake, and Deanne (collinsmom) made the dresses.

In planning for the wedding, I asked Anna about music. At our wedding, Deanne came down the aisle to the Pilgrims Chorus from Tannhäuser. Anna didn't want that. "All I can see is Bugs Bunny on that fat horse," she said. So she had the Shepherds Song from the Pastoral Symphony. I guess centaurs were more to her taste.
