Calling the Internet Fairy

Every so often, my Gmail account asks me to log in; about once a month, it forgets my password, apparently. More rarely, Facebook will forget my account and ask me to log in. Today, however, all my accounts -- Gmail, FB, and even LJ -- are asking me to log in when I go to them after starting up my computer. What gives? How can I fix this?
