Those lazy, hazy, crazy days of summer

Well, I cranked out a bunch of calls yesterday and today. My plan for this summer (now that the big trip is over) is mostly just to go pastor my flock. I'm emphasizing relationships over program for a while.

Got a call this afternoon about doing a friend's (and former Venturer's) wedding. Got an appointment to check out the possibilities later this week. Maybe God can use me to point these young folk in the right direction (please, Lord?).

All in all, a good day's work.
