Deanne is Chief Cook and Bottle-Washer for the Scouts, who are catering the church's annual stewardship banquet. (I'm the silent partner.) It is a banquet served in courses. The menu is as follows.

Waldorf Salad (with a sprig of mint)
Tomato Soup (collinsmom's special recipe)
Herb Rolls (our basic icebox roll recipe, but with herb butter inside, rather than cinnamon sugar)
Baked Chicken Breast Fillet (baked with Italian dressing)
Grilled Pork Sparerib (marinated in cider, oil, garlic, herbs)
Vegetable Medley (potatoes, carrots, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, red pepper, parsley)
Mixed Desserts (furnished by Scout moms)

I think we're gonna knock their socks off.
