And another one bites the dust

Well, the Girls Chrysalis died two weeks ago, and my expectation is that the Boys Flight will be canceled by tonight. (Not enough participants. Which is a long rant, and not one I want to rehearse again.)

This is not the way I would choose to uncomplicate my life. I hate to see anything canceled; nevertheless, part of me is relieved. I was stretched too thin. I have all but frozen my calendar for the rest of the year. If a program is not already on it for 2005, the answer is NO. I'll leave some room for parish programs, but that's it. And 2006 is filling up fast.

As for the Walk to Emmaus and Chrysalis, I think I'll take a good, long rest from these programs.
