Progress has been made

I called around this morning, trying to find somebody who could look at my generator. Some small engine repair places weren't open, others were closing early, and just about all of them were backed up. Finally, I called an equipment rental place, who agreed to look at it. I immediately drove down there. As I surmised, the problem was a corroded spark plug. They replaced it on the spot, and everything fired up just fine.

I'm back in business, and will return the generator to the holler on Monday. collinsmom is going with me and we'll spend Monday and some of Tuesday wiring up fixtures and slapping up ceiling panels. If we're lucky, we'll be pretty much done with this stuff by the end of our trip. At least, we'll be far enough along that I can return the church's mega-stepladder.
