Last call

Far over the misty mountains cold
To dungeons deep and caverns old
We must away ere break of day
To seek the pale enchanted gold.

I have all the money lined up for my trip to Scotland and northern England in May. I'm planning on about a nine-day trip to summit Ben Nevis and Scafell Pike, tour Vindolandia on Hadrian's Wall, medieval York, and Lindesfarne. This is part of my continuing education plan I call "Missed Mountains."

I have so far failed to find a companion for the journey. I have asked all my friends that might possibly be interested, but have gotten no takers. Some are lacking money (and I can't pay for two all by myself). Others would love to go, but can't physically handle hiking and camping. So, if necessary, I will just go by myself.

I plan to make reservations before the end of this month. So -- Phred, Curt, that_guy_zach, stryck -- last call: anybody interested?
