I stepped on the scales this morning. They read 228. After my shower, I checked the number, to make sure I read it correctly. 227.5. Well, that's a random result. I didn't really lose half a pound of dirt in the shower. But it still means I've gained four pounds this week.
*Sigh* It's back to diet and exercise and all that. Especially exercise.
I think the principal problem is that with the cooler weather, my metabolism has slowed down (as usual). I'm hungry all the time, and protein doesn't satisfy the way carbs do.
