Doggone it!

Sassy's been off her feed for a couple of days. It's been worrying me. This afternoon, I discovered a huge, steaming pile of dog poo in my study again. So, her tummy's bothering her (third time around); off to the vet we go.

The vet suspects pancreatitis. He took some blood, and will have results tomorrow afternoon. In the meantime, there are more pills (antibiotics and antispasmodics) to take. Poor little doggy. Sassafras will be seven years old in October.

Thought: Maybe I should try to squeeze in a Blessing of the Animals this year after all.
