So that comes down to only one mountain a month, right?
I haven't weighed myself for about a month. I was 222.5 lb. this morning. That's 2 1/2 pounds under my last recorded weight. Which is good. So, what have I done over the last month? Well, I went backpacking in the Adirondacks -- climbed Mt. Marcy. Before that, I was stuck on 225-226 forever. It looks like all I have to do to continue losing weight is to climb a mountain a month, right? Piece of cake -- er, Atkins bar.
