My cat does not know what meat is. Cuthbert is an orphaned cat. He was rescued at the barely-weaned stage. He went from formula to dry kitten food, and now dry cat food. When I give him meat, he sniffs and licks it, then walks off. I am perplexed. I guess it's good that he's not begging for scraps, but on the other hand I wonder about him missing out on one of cat life's great pleasures. After all, he is a carnivore, or should be, not a stodgivore.
