Winter Rendezvous Bill of Fare, 2011-2020

I have now cooked for ten Winder Rendezvous. As one who is always trying out new things, but also as one who is constantly evaluating and learning from what worked before, putting together a menu each year is a challenge. But for those who have enjoyed our Cracker Barrels, our Feasts, and our Staff cuisine, here's an evaluative trip down memory lane I put together for my own contemplation.

This is every dish we have cooked for the last ten years. It shows an amazing variety, I think, and also a boldness to put things out there for kids to try. By and large, most things have done well. One or two that weren't well received are so noted. The years each was served are noted after each entry.Collapse )
