Well, I finally got all the shopping done for our 40th Anniversary bash on Sunday. Prep work will start tomorrow, then continue (with Crew 119's help) Sunday afternoon up until party time (3-5 p.m.). I have no idea how many people will show up, but I always try to cook as if I'm expecting reinforcements. So . . . the menu will include the following.
Cheese and Cracker Tray
Beef Brisket with Horseradish Cheddar Cheese
City Ham (the smallest I could find to suit me was absolutely ginormous)
Homemade Sourdough Bread
