Food is love, part umpty-third

The Holiday Bazaar with all its goodies is over for another year, and the next Big Meal on the horizon is next Saturday's Progressive Dinner. We're volunteering to do the entree, and we're thinking "surf and turf."

So, on one side of the plate, there will be Deanne's grilled fish (cod or haddock or something) on a bed of jalapeno slaw. On the other side of the plate, we'll have a beef filet cooked to order resting on a bed of Christmas hash. Add some kind of bread, and we're there.
