Final menu for the Consecration Sunday dinner, to be catered by Troop 119:
Southwest Salad w/ chipotle mayo
Leek and Potato Soup
Herb Pinwheel Rolls
Grilled spareribs w/ peppers and onions
Ice cream with chewy chocolate chip and oatmeal-raisin cookies

Confirmed attendance is 68 or 69, with several folks left to call; we are cooking for 80.

N.B. I whomped up a sample of the chipotle mayo tonight, and it rocks!
