Making progress

I am getting a lot of good out of my physical therapy appointments. I have great respect for the knowledge and skill of my therapists. I compare what I am learning from them and what they are equipping me to do with the Phys Ed courses I remember from Jr Hi and High School, where exercise was both generic and unexplained. It seemed so pointless. I hated it.

I've thought about taking yoga or some other class that would make me more flexible and help with other strength and weight issues. But I've feared getting the same old, "Do twelve of those, bye" kind of instruction. Could I sustain my own interest in such a class? On the other hand, I feel like I've got a personal trainer working with me right now. I'm getting more help than just with my injured leg, since in order to fix what's wrong with that I need to have lots of other things looked at. The goal is for everything to work right when we're done, and to do that I've got to understand what my body is doing.
