A touch of heat
Well, foobles. Seems like I've got a touch of the heat. Had two explosive events in the bathroom yesterday; figured I'd caught a summer bug. But, no. I think the heat finally dis-regulated my system.
I had full-blown heat exhaustion ten years ago. They say if you've ever gone down with either heat exhaustion or hypothermia, you'll be susceptible to repeat attacks for the rest of your life. So I guess this last week's heat (and my lumberjack efforts yesterday) put me into a spin.
So, it's me for the coolth of air conditioning, lots of ice water, and naps. And just when I've cleared my calendar to go felling trees and such!
