collinsmom and I went to our Boy Scout Council Gala, where I presented recognitions to Scouts and Scouters who earned their religious emblem awards last year. Also, while I was up there, the Council presented me with the Venturing Advisor Award of Merit (the first in our Council).This award is presented by the Council upon fulfillment of various high-class programmatic criteria, and upon nomination by the youth officers of the Crew. I am thrilled to have this award.
