The final tally, from our one little old peach tree: 16 pints and 4 quarts of peach butter (3 gallons in all). Plus enough of the nicest peach pieces to make one peach pie for Daniel. If the storms last month hadn't taken down two or three big branches of this tree, we'd still be processing peaches.
