More Cheffy Thoughts

Marcel Vigneron got sent home from Next Iron Chef. Yay! That leaves Nate Appleman, Amanda Freitag, and Alex Guarneschelli. I'm still predicting that it'll be Appleman and Freitag in the final; however, one thing is clear -- one of the finalists (at least) will be a woman.

I'm still sorta rooting for Appleman, but I'll settle for any of these. And it should be said that the lack of a female Iron Chef these days is kind of glaring. I never liked Cat Cora much, and I've been hoping for someone to step into her shoes.

Well, we'll see.
