Rejoice with me

As I was getting dressed this morning, I reached for a tie I hadn't worn in a while, and there, neatly clipped on the tie, was the tie bar I hadn't seen since attending Kiki's wedding last October. The one Deanne bought me in Tanzania in 2006. I had thought it was lost for good. So, I have all unexpectedly found what I had lost. The parable of the lost coin immediately came to mind. If I weren't so busy, I'd do like the woman in Jesus's story and invite everyone over and throw a party. As it is, I've got a funeral to get to, and the week's just starting. Still, "rejoice with me."
