Cooking for the multitudes

Deanne and I had lunch out today and finished planning the Consecration Sunday luncheon for this year that the Boy Scout Troop will cook for the church. We're going Italian.

Parmesan Chicken Tenders with peppers and onions.
Big Italian salad.
Scratch Lasagne with peas and fresh breadsticks.
Cannoli for dessert.
Sparkling fruit punch, iced tea, coffee.

We've about got this down to a science these days.
One crew will spend the day before prepping (I'm in charge of this one).
Another crew cooks (Deanne is Head Chef).
Third crew serves (adult leader to be determined).
Fourth crew cleans up (adult leader to be determined).
