All creatures great and small

Well, the pictures of outhouses are all used up, so I was wondering what I could post next. I see there's slew of critters I've taken pictures of over the years. So here is the first of them, a marmot (aka ground squirrel, groundhog, woodchuck, whistlepig) living up on Wheeler Peak and not at all happy to see intruders stomping around. I took this on my first attempt to reach the summit. We were late, weather was coming in, and my friend Zach was not feeling well, so we missed it that day. I got to go back some years later and bag the peak, though.
